Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, offline, etc.).
• Manage and lead a team of marketing executives to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Handle budgets, allocate resources, and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
