GRC Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements.
• Design and deliver training programs to employees on compliance-related topics.
• Educate staff on the importance of compliance and the company’s policies and procedures.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Conduct investigations into compliance issues and complaints.
• Ensure that compliance issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
